AI ની વૃદ્ધિ માત્ર chips/software નહીં, પણ data centres પર આધારિત છે — જે સતત, કેન્દ્રિત અને ભારે વીજળી માગે છે. સાથે transmission, cooling, પાણી, fibre connectivity અને જમીન પણ જરૂરી.
એટલે AI policy ને energy, water અને infrastructure planning સાથે જોડવી પડે — નહીં તો compute સસ્તું થતાં physical infrastructure પર દબાણ વધશે.
